He practises in the areas of Real Estate & Tourism Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Administrative & Regulatory Law and Employment Law for companies, with a particular focus on the structuring and operation of real estate and tourism developments.
He advises clients throughout all stages of a project, including land acquisition, urban and tourism licensing, operational and exploitation models, construction contracts, condominium structuring and interaction with public authorities.
He also provides counsel on corporate and organisational matters, administrative procedures and employment issues related to team management and compliance with legal obligations. In the dispute resolution sphere, he represents clients in civil, commercial, planning and administrative litigation, including matters involving construction, contractual liability and administrative acts.

His work focuses on the negotiation, structuring and execution of complex contracts and on defining legal strategies in corporate transactions and business projects. He advises companies, investors and start-ups on governance matters, shareholders’ arrangements, internal organisational models, investment processes and corporate reorganisations.
He also develops contractual frameworks tailored to clients’ activities, designs compliance programmes and risk assessments, and provides ongoing legal support to management teams on commercial, corporate and employment matters. In the dispute resolution sphere, he represents clients in civil, commercial and employment litigation, including pre-litigation, negotiation and the resolution of disputes arising from business activity.
